もう１つの冬メニュー「宗祇庵特製おぜんざい」の紹介です⛄️
北海道産小豆を使用し、お店で炊き上げたおぜんざいに地元郡上八幡の米穀屋さんの白餅とよもぎ餅を入れ、花麩をトッピングしました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
優しい甘さであったまるおぜんざいです😋
